“Girl, You Make My Day” was featured on a third season location episode of The Partridge Family. The cast flew to Cincinnati Ohio and filmed an episode at King’s Island Amusement Park to commemorate the opening of the park in 1973. This song is the only Partridge Family song written by the songwriting team of Bobby Hart and Tommy Boyce who made their name a few years earlier writing hits for the Monkees. Bobby Hart pegs this one as his favorite Partridge Family song and believes it could have been a hit if it had been released as a single. Bobby was thrilled to sign this for us and proud to have been such a big part of the Partridge Family.
